Dr Lateef Abiola AKINPELU holds a PhD degree in Pharmacology from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He has attended several conferences and has contributed immensely to teaching and research at the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. His research interest covers Neuropharmacology, Psychopharmacology, Toxicology, Bioinformatics, Computational Molecular Biology and Natural Product Research. He has also contributed immensely to the scientific evaluation and validation of medicinal plants used to treat neuropsychiatric disorders in Nigerian traditional medicines. He has several scholarly publications in reputable local and international journals to his credit.
